Facilitated by Kimberly Barrett

Step into an intentional healing space designed to support release, reflection, energetic alignment, and connection with what you are ready to welcome into your life.

Drawing inspiration from techniques within the Melchizedek Method (a high frequency energy healing modality) and Kimberly’s deep connection with crystals, the Starlight Crystal Grid Group Healing combines crystal energy, focused intention, meditation, and energetic practices to create a highly individualized experience within a supportive group setting.

The session is designed to help you explore areas where you may feel stuck or ready for change, while creating space for greater clarity, intuition, and connection with your own inner guidance.

During the experience, you may be invited to:

✨ Reflect on patterns, obstacles, or energy you feel ready to release

✨ Deepen your connection with your intuition and inner awareness

✨ Set intentions for what you would like to call into the next chapter of your life

Although the experience takes place in a group setting, your session is personal to you. Each individual enters with different intentions, experiences, and needs, so no two journeys are expected to be the same.

At the beginning of the evening, Kimberly will connect individually with each participant to understand your personal focus and intention before the group experience begins.

You do not need to know exactly what you want or have previous experience with crystals or energy work. Simply come with curiosity, openness, and a willingness to listen inward.

Release what no longer serves you. Create space for what comes next.

BEFORE YOUR ARRIVE

Take some quiet time beforehand to contemplate two questions:

What am I ready to release?
What would I like to invite into my life?

WHAT TO BRING

Please bring a journal to take notes and capture the wisdom that comes forth, as well as anything to create a more comfortable space for you if you would like to lay down during the meditation.
