Our intuition flows. The inner fire is tended to. Our nervous systems co-regulate in a way that lets us show up stronger as mothers, sisters, lovers and friends.
As women we tend to give more than we receive. This is a community space with the intention for you to rest and receive deeply woven in.
You are welcome to share as much or as little as you’d like as we ground, meditate and reflect together on a monthly basis.
